The following sessions will be one hour long for €60

Duringour first session, we will start with an in-depth discussion to get to know you better. I will ask you questions about your medical history, current symptoms, eating habits, physical activity level, sleep, and how you deal with daily stress.

Then we will examine together your personal health goals. Whether to manage a specific health problem, improve your energy, or simply optimize your well-being, your goals are essential to guide my recommendations.

I may also ask you for information about your environment and lifestyle, as these factors can have a significant impact on your health.

After collecting this information, we will review a vitality assessment. This may involve looking at physical cues such as the skin, tongue and nails to better understand potential imbalances in your body.

Based on all of this, I will develop a personalized plan for you. This plan could include specific dietary adjustments, recommendations for appropriate physical activities, relaxation or stress management techniques, and possibly suggestions for natural supplements.

Remember that naturopathy isa holistic approach that aims to identify and treat the causes underlying health problems, rather than just masking the symptoms.

Follow-up sessions are also essential for assessing your progress, making adjustments to the plan if necessary, and answering your questions. My goal is to guide you through this process and provide you with the support you need to achieve your health goals.
